Students’ Grievance Redressal and Feedback Cell
In order to safeguard the interests of students and to create an atmosphere of fairness, transparency, and accountability, the college has constituted a Students’ Grievance Redressal and Feedback Cell. The Cell functions as a structured platform where students can submit their grievances, suggestions, or feedback related to academic, administrative, or personal matters.
Objectives

To provide students with a formal mechanism for lodging complaints and sharing feedback.

To ensure prompt and impartial redressal of grievances in a time-bound manner.

To strengthen communication between students and the institution through constructive feedback.

Constitution of the Cell
Scope of Grievances and Feedback
The Cell shall address and review the following:

Academic matters including teaching, learning, examinations, and evaluation.

Administrative issues affecting students.

Facilities, support services, or campus environment-related concerns.

Personal grievances requiring institutional intervention.

Feedback and constructive suggestions from students for improvement.
Modes of Access
Students may reach the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Cell through:

In-Person Assistance: Meeting the Convener or members during working hours.

Written Representation: Submitting complaints or feedback in the Grievance Box placed near the Main Office.

Email Support: Sending grievances/feedback to the official college grievance email: Gcbherian@gmail.com.

Confidentiality & Redressal
All matters reported to the Cell will be treated with utmost confidentiality. The Cell will review grievances objectively and recommend suitable remedial measures to the concerned authority within a reasonable timeframe.
