Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the
college is working under the vision and mission of the college with overall
motive of maintaining quality standards in the college for the intellectual growth of the
students. IQAC is active in the college since 2015 and regularly conducting its meetings
to monitor academic as well as administrative activities in the college, to
identify areas of improvement, and to suggest the required actions for the
further improvements.
IQAC of the college plan and implement its long-term as well as short-term institutional perspective plan to achieve its vision and mission. The IQAC ensures:
- Identification
of the key areas that should be addresses in long-term perspective plan.
- Implementation
of annual academic calendar following the guidelines of affiliating university.
- Planning
of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities during the academic session.
- Planning of academic reforms such as NEP
implementation, course designing, addition/discontinuation of any course.
As per the guidelines of National Assessment
and Accreditation Council (NAAC), constitution of Internal Quality Assurance
Cell (IQAC) and submission of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC in
a timely manner is necessary.
Internal Quality Assurance Cell of
Government College Bherian is a significant administrative body responsible for
all quality matters. The IQAC has immensely contributed to the implementation of
quality assurance strategies and processes at all levels.
